Do you have what it takes to "Help Put America Through School?"...to lead FSA's Title IV Training organization, with staff in D.C. and 10 regional cities, and oversee all phases of developing and delivering program and technical training on Title IV policies, procedures, and systems? Your audience consists of financial aid professionals from over 6000 postsecondary institutions participating in the Title IV programs. They distribute over $65 billion to 9 million students a year, and they have to do it right. You will have the responsibility for determining audience needs, appropriate delivery media, criteria for measuring effectiveness, and for maintaining liaison with the financial aid community on Title IV training issues and concerns.

We need a strong leader and capable strategic planner: one with exceptional communication and strong negotiation skills, and the knowledge of Title IV programs and supporting systems sufficient to develop innovative training programs.
