SUBJECT: Number of Applications Received by School by Source for 2004-2005

Note: This message supercedes an earlier message that we posted to the IFAP web site on November 24, 2004. In that message, we erroneously indicated that the attached report included data for the 2003-2004 processing cycle. There was no 2003-2004 data in the attached report because the 2003-2004 processing cycle had closed. At this time, we are posting a new updated message that correctly refers only to the 2004-2005 processing cycle data provided in the attached report.

The attached report provides counts of FAFSAs received by the Central Processing System (CPS) for the 2004-2005 processing cycle. The report is current as of November 18, 2004 and reflects data for the first 46 weeks of processing.

The report is attached in PDF and Excel formats. The report is sorted by Federal School Code and provides the number of applications received by school. The information for each school is further broken down by the source of those applications, i.e., paper, electronic, or web.
