The US Department of Education is seeking financial aid professionals who are experienced users of FAA Access to CPS Online for participation in a usability test of the Web site.
The one-day usability test will be held in the Training Center at the Federal Student Aid Office (located in Union Center Plaza at 830 First Street, N.E. in Washington, D.C.) on October 19, 2004 from 9 AM to 3 PM ET. The purpose of the usability test is to gather direct feedback from FAA Access to CPS Online users on their impressions of major functionalities in the FAA Access to CPS Online Web site. During the test, you will be asked to perform basic test cases and participate in discussions of the tested functionality from several different perspectives, including navigation, ease of use, and compatibility with your business processes.
Attendance at the meeting will be limited to 10 financial aid professionals. If you would like to volunteer, please send an e-mail to CPSSAIG@ed.gov by September 29, 2004 at 5 PM CT, with the following information:

3) Your e-mail address and Business Phone Number
4) The approximate number of records you process using FAA Access to CPS Online in a year
Please use the subject line "FAA Access Usability Testing Volunteer" in your e-mail.
Volunteers selected to participate in the usability test will receive an e-mail with further information regarding the meeting location, logistic and other details no later than October 1, 2004.
Thank you in advance for your interest in participating. Your suggestions and ideas help us to continuously improve FAA Access to CPS Online in order to best meet your needs with administering financial aid programs.
