Information regarding the 2005-2006 Fiscal Operations Report and Application to Participate (FISAP) is provided below in a Question and Answer (Q&A) format.

Q1 What is the deadline date for schools to submit their 2005-2006 FISAP?

A1 The 2005-2006 FISAP is due no later than midnight (Eastern time) October 1, 2004. Thus, schools have 16 days remaining to submit their FISAP.

Q2 Can I mail in a paper copy of my FISAP?

A2 No, the FISAP must be submitted electronically via the Web. Information concerning how the FISAP should be submitted was posted to our IFAP website on June 25, 2004 and can be located at http://cbfisap.ed.gov. Dear Partner Letter CB-04-09 (FISAP Cover Letter) can be located at http://ifap.ed.gov/dpcletters/CB0409.html.

Q3 Who should I contact if I have problems completing or submitting my FISAP?

A3 If you encounter problems completing any portion of the FISAP document or submitting it, please contact our Campus-Based Call Center at 1-877-801-7168.
