RE: February 2004 Release of Updated “Sources of Assistance for Schools”
The Department is pleased to announce the posting of the February 2004 version of Sources of Assistance for Schools on the U.S. Department of Education’s Federal Student Aid Download Web site (FSAdownload), located at http://fsadownload.ed.gov/index.htm. This guide is a single source of communication references. It contains a comprehensive listing of FSA references (for example, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, Web site addresses, etc.). It is revised periodically as contacts change at FSA.

To download the updated document:
1) Go to http://FSAdownload.ed.gov.
2) Click on the “Technical References & Guides” link on the left side of the page.
3) On the next page, click on the “Sources of Assistance” link.
4) On the next page, click with your right mouse button on the “PDF Format” link and a pop-up menu appears.
5) If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, select “Save Target As” from the menu, then browse to the folder in which you want to save the file. If you are using Netscape, select “Save Link As” from the menu, then browse to the folder in which you want to save the file.
6) Once you have saved the file, open it using Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and/or print the document.
