The US Department of Education is pleased to invite you to the third annual Spring Conference to be held March 29 -31, 2004 in New York City, New York.

The program committee has been working diligently to provide sessions that will appeal to new aid officers, seasoned veterans, and those who are in between. The Spring Conference will provide opportunities to learn more about what is happening in the area of federal student aid, gain inspiration from others, and strengthen networks of friends and colleagues within the field. We are confident that we have designed an informative and relevant program.

The conference will begin with a general session at 9:00 am on Monday, March 29, and end at 3:30 pm on Wednesday, March 31.
