SUBJECT: Washington's Birthday Federal Holiday Processing and Customer Service Hours
Our Federal offices, as well as some of our Title IV processors and call centers, will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2004 for the Washington's Birthday Federal Holiday. A status of each major center is in the table below.
The COD system will accept and process data from schools and send back acknowledgements on Monday. However, requests for changes in funding levels and for funds will not be processed until Tuesday, February 17. For all other systems, you will be able to send and receive data on Monday, but it won't be picked up until Tuesday. We will resume retrieving, processing, and sending data on Tuesday, February 17, 2004 as all offices, production centers, and customer service centers will resume normal operations. All FSA Websites will remain operational over the holiday.
