SUBJECT: New Year Holiday Processing and Customer Service Hours

Our Federal offices, as well as our Title IV processors and call centers, will be closed on Thursday, January 1, 2004 in observance of the New Year holiday. A status of each major center is in the table below.

The COD system will accept and process data from schools and send back acknowledgments on Thursday. However, requests for changes in funding levels and for funds will not be processed until Friday, January 2. For all other systems, you will be able to send and receive data on Thursday, but it won't be picked up until Friday. We will resume retrieving, processing, and sending data on Friday, January 2, 2004 as all offices, production centers, and customer service centers will resume normal operations. All FSA Websites will remain operational over the New Year holiday period.
