Dear Partner,
Again this year, we will be suspending our shipments of bulk orders of 2004-2005 student aid application materials (FAFSAs, Student Guides, etc.) during the holiday season. Our experience in the past has been that many schools are closed during this period and no one is available to accept the materials. Shipments will resume after the holidays and when school offices are again open for business.
We realize however, that some schools have staff available to sign for and receive shipments of application materials over the holidays. If this is the case for your institution, we will be happy to ship your application materials. Simply, let us know by calling our Bulk Publication Ordering System (BPOS) at 1-800-394-7084 (no later than December 18) to tell us that you will be able to accept delivery during the period of December 22-26, 2003.
You may also make arrangements for delivery at an alternate address. If your normal delivery site is closed during the holidays but someone at the alternate address will be available from December 22-26 to receive the shipment, please provide the address of the alternate delivery site during your call to BPOS.
We will resume regular shipments on January 2, 2004.
