RE: Resolution of Error Message in FAA Access to CPS Online/PIN Request Reminder

The Department of Education is pleased to report that we have resolved the production problem causing some Financial Aid Administrators using FAA Access to CPS Online to receive a “Session Expired” error message.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience while we worked on getting the problem resolved.

Reminder: Your PIN Requests must be transmitted and received at the Central Processing System no later than 5 PM Central Time, on October 31, 2003. If you have any questions regarding the PIN Request Process, please refer to the RAD Process Guide available at
