SUBJECT: Columbus Day Processing and Customer Service Hours
Our Federal offices, as well as some of our Title IV processors and call centers, will be closed on Monday, October 13, 2003 in observance of the Columbus Day holiday. A status of each major center is in the table below.
The COD system will accept and process data from schools and send back acknowledgements. However, requests for changes in funding levels and for funds will not be processed until Tuesday.
All offices, production centers and customer service centers will resume operations on Tuesday.
