The Department is pleased to announce the posting of Volume VI of the 2003-2004 Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) Technical Reference. The COD Technical Reference is a multi-volume document providing technical specifications and record layouts for transmitting Pell Grant and Direct Loan data to the COD System. Volume VI provides record layouts, report mock-ups, and other information for Direct Loan schools using the Department's 2003-2004 Direct Loan (DL) Tools Version 3.0 software.
