SUBJECT: Labor Day Processing and Customer Service Hours

Our Federal offices, as well as our Title IV processors and call centers, will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2003 in observance of the Labor Day holiday. A status of each major center is in the table below.

The Direct Loan Servicing Centers in Utica, New York and Bakersfield, California will be closed for the Labor Day Holiday, Saturday, August 30th and Monday, September 1st.

Batch processing will be accepted from trading partners on Monday, if any, but no data transmissions will be sent out. Any files received on Monday, September 1st will be processed on Tuesday, September 2nd.

All offices, production centers and customer service centers will resume operations on Tuesday.
