The Department would like to announce that an updated version of the 2003-2004 SAR/ISIR Comment Codes and Text, which contains the August 2003 set of change pages, has been posted on the U.S. Department of Education's Federal Student Aid Download (FSAdownload) Web site, located at http://fsadownload.ed.gov/.�
This guide is designed as a stand-alone guide, as well as a companion to the EDE Technical Reference. It includes the 2003-2004 SAR Comment Text, 2003-2004 SAR Acknowledgement Comment Text, and 2003-2004 ISIR Comment Text.
To download the updated document:
1) Go to http://fsadownload.ed.gov/.
2) Click on the "References and Documentation" link.
3) On the following page, scroll down to the "SAR/ISIR Comment Codes and Text" heading. Beneath the heading are links to various processing cycles. Click on the "2003-2004" link.
4) Select any of the links on the following page to view the documents, or right-click on any of the links and choose "Save Target As" in order to save the document to your hard drive.
5) If you save the documents to your hard drive, open them using Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and/or print them.
The updated version of the 2003-2004 SAR/ISIR Comment Codes and Text is also available on the Department's IFAP Web site, located at http://www.ifap.ed.gov/.
1) On the IFAP Web site, look for "OTHER VIEWS" on the left hand side of the page.
2) Click on the "Current Publications" link.
3) On the following page, click on "SAR/ISIR Reference Materials."
4) On the next page, select "By 2003-2004 Award Year."
5) On the next page, select "2003-2004 SAR/ISIR Comment Codes and Text."
6) Select any of the links on the following page to view the documents, or right-click on any of the links and choose "Save Target As" in order to save the document to your hard drive.
7) If you save the documents to your hard drive, open them using Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and/or print them.
