SUBJECT:Â Presidentâs Day Holiday Processing and Customer Service Hours
On Monday, February 17, 2003, our Federal offices will be closed in observance of Presidentâs Day, however, some of our call centers and processors will remain open.
You will be able to send and receive data on Monday, however, for those centers closed on Monday, the data wonât be picked up until Tuesday. We will resume retrieving, processing, and sending data for all centers on Tuesday, February 18, 2003. All offices, production centers and customer service centers will resume normal operations on Tuesday.Â
