The U.S. Department of Education is pleased to announce the 3rd Annual Career Colleges and Technical Institutions Pre-Conference Day Meeting in Kansas City, MO on Tuesday, March 4th, from 1:30PM-5:00PM the afternoon prior to ED's '03 Spring Conference (March 5th-7th, 2003). We invite you to attend and join your colleagues as we bring you information that is targeted toward the Career College and Technical Institution community.

Kay Jacks, Manager of FSA's Schools Channel, will be our guest and opening speaker. She will be followed by 2 general sessions. The first will cover electronic processing in the new COD environment for AY 03/04 as well as highlight important Pell and Direct Loan EDExpress (including COD) training that will be available later in the Spring. A second session will be led by Mr. Jeff Baker who will speak on upcoming and current program issues of interest and how they might impact your school and current business practices. We will end the meeting with an open question and answer session hosted by the day's presenters.
