Subject: Martin Luther King Holiday Processing and Customer Service Hours

On Monday, January 20, 2003, our Federal offices will be closed in observance of Martin Luther King’s birthday, however, some of our call centers and processors will be remain open.

You will be able to send and receive data on Monday, however, for those centers closed on Monday, the data won’t be picked up until Tuesday. We will resume retrieving, processing, and sending data for all centers on Tuesday, January 21, 2003. All offices, production centers and customer service centers will resume normal operations on Tuesday.
