Two Federal Student Aid videoconferences that were broadcast in October and December 2002 may be accessed online and viewed on your computer through the use of webcasting technology. The videoconferences are titled The FSA Application Processing System: What's New for 2003-04 (October 24) and Applying for 2003-04 Federal Student Aid--Easy as 1,2,3! (December 12).

To access the archived videoconferences, go to http://www.edvideo.walcoff.com and then select "Webcast." Follow the instructions for downloading MediaPlayer if you do not have it installed on your computer, and you will be able to view both videoconferences. For questions about webcasting, contact Judy Bobbitt at mailto:jbobbitt@walcoff.com

You may also borrow videotaped copies of the programs from EDPubs. To borrow a tape, call 1-877-4-ED-PUBS (toll free), or order online at the following site, www.ed.gov/pubs/edpubs.html
