SUBJECT: Christmas Processing and Customer Service Hours
On Christmas Eve, our Federal offices will close around noon, a couple centers will be closed all day and others will be closed by 5 PM Eastern on Tuesday, December 24th. All centers will be closed on December 25th in observance of the Christmas holiday.
You will be able to send and receive data on Tuesday and Wednesday, but some of it won’t be picked up until the following Thursday. We will resume retrieving, processing, and sending data on Thursday, December 26. All offices, production centers and customer service centers will resume normal operations on Thursday.
