SUBJECT: Experiencing Intermittent Problems with School Portal Website
Recently we have been experiencing intermittent problems with the School Portal Website (http://fsa4schools.ed.gov/SCHOOLSWebApp/index.jsp) which has caused slow loading or complete outages of the site. We are aware of the situation and are working diligently with our systems engineers to correct the source of the problem.
In the meantime, if you need assistance locating any information normally found through the School Portal, please contact the Customer Service Call Center at (800) 433-7327 between 9 am - 5 pm, Eastern time.
