SUBJECT: Columbus Day Processing and Customer Service Hours

Our Federal offices, as well as some of our Title IV processors and call centers, will be closed on Monday, October 14, 2002 in observance of the Columbus Day holiday. A status of each major center is in the table below.

For the offices that are closed during the Columbus Day you will be able to send and receive data on Monday; although it won't be picked up until Tuesday. We will resume retrieving, processing, and sending data on Tuesday, October 14. All offices, production centers and customer service centers will resume operations on Tuesday.
