Summary: Important Information about providing data for the 2001-2002 Experimental Sites Annual Report

Dear Experimental Sites Partner:

I am pleased to inform you of the following information concerning the 2001-2002
Experimental Sites Annual Report.

What format do I use for reporting?

Beginning with the 2001-2002 report cycle, all participants are required to use the report
formats to describe the experimental results of the preceeding academic year. The
report formats and a data dictionary describing the data elements are an attachment to
this announcement. Please download the template(s) and enter in the relevant
information on your experiment(s). There is a separate report format and data
dictionary posting for the Ability To Benefit experiment.

Where do I send the report formats?

An Experimental Sites mailbox has been created for the receipt of the annual reports to
ED. Upon completion of your annual reports, send as an email attachment to:

ExperimentalSites@ed.gov

When are the reports due?

The annual reports are due November 1, 2002.

Who should I contact if I have questions or encounter problems?

Please contact Jackie Bannister at Jackie.Bannister@ed.gov or Francine Reeves at
Francine.Reeves@ed.gov if you have questions or encounter problems with your data
submission.

Thanks.
