Re: SAIG Maintenance and Back-up Windows
SAIG is announcing a newly consolidated maintenance and back up window beginning the weekend of August 18, 2002. Currently SAIG is unavailable for scheduled back-ups between 11:00 p.m. Saturdays and 3:00 a.m. Sundays EST and we announce maintenance windows as they happen. Beginning Sunday, August 18, 2002 we will conduct SAIG back up and maintenance activities between 3:00a.m. -11:00 a.m. EST every Sunday morning. During the maintenance windows, you will be unable to send files to or receive files from the SAIG. Also, the TDCommunity Manager (formerly known as the Online Secure Manager) will be unavailable. This weekly maintenance will enable us to keep the system running at optimum service levels.
