SUBJECT: Independence Day Processing and Customer Service Hours

Our Federal offices, as well as our Title IV processors and call centers, will be closed on Thursday, July 4, 2002 in observance of the Independence Day holiday. A status of each major center is in the table below.

You will be able to send and receive data on Thursday; although it won’t be picked up until Friday. We will resume retrieving, processing, and sending data on Friday, July 5thth. All offices, production centers and customer service centers will resume operations on Friday.
