NSLDS is pleased to announce its enhanced Exit Counseling reports and one new report for schools.
The Exit Counseling by SSN (SCH01A) report provides school and ED users with exit counseling information on students. Users can enter up to 50 borrower SSNs. The previous version of the report only allowed entry for six students.
The Exit Counseling (SCH01B) report provides school users with exit counseling information on students who attend the requesting school and whose anticipated completion dates fall within a specified date range. Users can enter any begin and end dates for the date range. The previous version of the report only allowed a 60 day date range.
The School Overpayment History (OVP001) report provides school users with a list of overpayments stored on NSLDS for the requesting school. The report identifies the user who entered each overpayment. Users can pick an overpayment type and overpayment indicator (or "All" to list overpayments of all types), specify one of three sort orders, and choose whether to receive the information as a formatted report or an extract file. Optionally, the user can specify a range of overpayment create dates by entering begin and end dates. This is a new report that will allow schools to manage the input of the their overpayment records for students.
All reports are available as a formatted report or an extract file. Schools receive reports via their SAIG mailboxes. The file layouts for the extract files are available at http://www.ifap.ed.gov. Additional hints for printing the report in Microsoft Word format are available in the Report List Help page.
