The U.S. Department of Education Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA) invites all career colleges and institutions to join us for a half-day of activities dedicated to career institutions and the unique issues encountered in processing Title IV student financial aid. This special day, will be Tuesday, March 5, from 1:00 to 5:30 p.m., and will include:

Ø A general session hosted by SFA’s Bob James, Liaison to Career Institutions of Higher Education, and Kay Jacks, General Manager of the Schools Channel

Ø Sessions on contemporary topics such as verification, processing changes, and common origination & disbursement

Ø A closing session that includes discussion of future issues (reauthorization).

These activities will precede the Spring Conference, Wednesday, March 6 – Friday, March 8. Go to http://fsaconferences.ed.gov for more information and to register.
