We are pleased to announce the release of the EDconnect 5.X Error Code List.
Based on the comments of EDconnect 5.X users, input from focus groups, and our own troubleshooting experiences, the EDconnect 5.X Error Code List describes EDconnect 5.X error messages in detail and offers a variety of resolutions to typical problems. Using the EDconnect 5.X Error Code List as a reference, you or your technical staff may be able to resolve many EDconnect 5.X issues on your own.
In addition, the EDconnect 5.X Error Code List provides helpful information about proxies, firewalls, and other common connectivity issues.
You can download the EDconnect 5.X Error Code List from http://fsadownload.ed.gov/index.htm by selecting the Software link on the left of the opening page, then selecting the EDconnect link on the Software and Documentation page. From the EDconnect page, you can print the EDconnect 5.X Error Code List in either Word and Adobe formats.
