Our offices as well as our Title IV processors and call centers will be closed on Tuesday, January 1, 2002 in observance of the New Year holiday. You will be able to send and receive data on Tuesday but the processors will not pick it up or send any data.
Our processors will resume retrieving, processing, and sending data on Wednesday, January 2, 2002. Our offices and the Customer Service centers will resume operation on Wednesday as well.
