SUBJECT: Closing for Christmas Holiday Processing and Customer Service Hours
Our offices as well as most of our Title IV processors and call centers will be closed on both Monday and Tuesday December 24 and 25 in observance of the Christmas Holiday. The National Student Loan Data System call center, however, will be open on Monday, December 24th. You will be able to send and receive data on Monday and Tuesday but the processors will not pick it up or send any data.
Our processors will resume retrieving, processing, and sending data on Wednesday, December 26. Our offices and the Customer Service centers will resume operation on Wednesday as well.
