SFA's WASHINGTON, DC, OFFICE PREPARES TO MOVE

SFA staff in Washington, DC will begin moving to our new building at Union Center Plaza, near Union Station in Washington, D.C., on Friday, September 28. There are five staggered phases to the move-five "waves" of staff teams to move-with the last phase scheduled to begin October 26.

Contacting SFA by Phone:
Beginning September 28, if you're trying to reach an SFA staff member by telephone and you do not yet have their new phone number, you may call their old number. You will get their personal voice mail on the old phone system, and their greeting will give you their new telephone number. This courtesy will be in place for 30 days after their move.

Many teams and staff, especially those with extensive customer contact, will be directly communicating their new telephone numbers to customers in other various ways.

As of October 29, if you need assistance from SFA Chief Operating Officer Greg Woods' office, please call (202) 377-3000.
