Duplicate Batches

RE: Duplicate Batches

On Monday, December 18, due to a processing problem, some origination,

disbursement and special disbursement batches processed on Friday,

December 15 were processed for a second time on Monday December 18.

When the batches were processed on Monday, they were rejected as

duplicates with the edit code 203 Duplicate Grant Batch Header. It is

not necessary to import both batches but if you do it should have no

effect on your database.
