RE: Observance of the Christmas and New Year's Day Holidays

Due to the observance of the Christmas Holiday, RFMS will not

process Pell Grant records on Monday, December 25, 2000. The Pell

Grant Hotline will also be closed on Monday, December 25, 2000 in

observance of the holiday.

Title IV WAN will be available for sending and receiving data on

December 25, however, RFMS will not access Title IV WAN on this day.

Pell Grant processing will resume retrieving, processing, and sending

data on Tuesday, December 26, 2000. The Pell Grant Hotline will resume

operation on this date as well.

On January 1,2001 RFMS will be closed due to the New Year's Day

Holiday. Normal processing will resume on Tuesday, January 2, 2001.

The Pell Grant Hotline will also be closed on January 1, 2001 and will

resume operation on January 2, 2001.
