RE: Duplicate Batches in Transmission Queue

On Tuesday, May 22, 2001, some destination points may have received duplicate batch transmissions of ISIR and Correction files. The duplicate batches are the result of a transmission job failure at CPS. The job was subsequently rerun successfully. There was no duplication of transactions processed at CPS.

Because of the failure of the transmission job, some destination points may have received incomplete or duplicate files. Therefore, those destination points that received the duplicates, should discard the first copy, and download the second complete file.

If you have any questions, please call CPS WAN Technical Support at 1-800-330-5947.

Thank you for your patience in this matter.
