RE: 2001-2002 Application Processing Desk Reference Correction

We have identified the following errors in the recently distributed 2001-2002 Application Processing Desk Reference:

1) On page 45, the ISIR correction and duplicate data batch message classes CORE02OP and CORR02OP were inadvertently omitted from the chart. Users will receive data under these two message classes. The Batch ID will begin with "#C."

2) On page 46, the year indicator for all the message classes is incorrectly listed as "01" in the table. For the 2001-2002 cycle, the year indicator for these message classes should be "02." For example, message class REAP01IN should be REAP02IN.

3) Also on page 46, under the "Notes" column, the definition for "02" incorrectly states "01 is used for 2001-2002 data." The value "02" is used for 2001-2002 data.

4) On page 47, a value of "1" is incorrectly listed for "Year" in the Batch ID example provided at the bottom of the page. A value of "2" (for 2001-2002 batches) should be listed instead.

We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience these errors may have caused you. If you have any questions, please contact CPS Customer Service at 800/330-5947, or via e-mail at CPS@NCS.COM.
