This message announces the electronic release of new update pages for the 2000-2001 Direct Loan Technical Reference on the U.S. Department of Education's SFAdownload Web site, located at http://www.sfadownload.ed.gov.

The change page posting includes a Tracking Log which notes the page numbers that have changed and a brief description of the change.

The Direct Loan Technical Reference provides programmer specifications and record layouts for schools or other organizations that need to design software systems to interface with the Department’s Direct Loan processor.
