Due to the Columbus Day holiday, the Central Processing System did not process any records on Monday, October 9, 2000.

Users were able to connect to Title IV WAN on October 9, 2000 to send and receive data as well as access online queries. However, CPS did not pick up or send any data.

CPS resumed normal retrieving, processing, and data transmission routines on October 10, 2000.
