This letter is the fifth in a series of letters that provide information regarding the Recipient Financial Management System (RFMS). Action Letter Number 8 discusses the use of the Multiple Reporting Record (MRR) to identify students reported as Federal Pell Grant recipients by two or more institutions, or at two or more attended campuses of an institution.
