This message announces the availability of the 2000-2001 RFMS (Pell) Technical
Reference on the Department's SFAdownload Web site,
http://www.fsadownload.ed.gov on June 13, 2000.

The RFMS Technical Reference provides programmer specifications and record
layouts for schools or other organizations that need to design software
systems to interface with RFMS for processing Pell data.
