RE: Print Issue Affecting Multi-Campus FISAP Version 3.0 and 3.1
Users

CPS Customer Service has recently verified a known problem with a new report
feature in FISAP Versions 3.0 and 3.1 that only affects users processing for
multiple school campuses. If you are using FISAP Version 3.0 or 3.1 to
process FISAP data for only one school, the issue explained in this message
does not affect you.

The Issue: If you have multiple school records imported into FISAP Versions
3.0 or 3.1, you will not be able to use the combination Signature Page and
Debarment Form report option, found under the File | Print menu. When used
with a database with multiple school records imported, the combo report
option will always print the Debarment Form section using the first school
whose information was imported into the software (before any other school's
information).

The Workaround: If you have multiple school records imported in FISAP
Version 3.0 or 3.1, do not use the combination Signature Page and Debarment
Form report option under the File | Print menu. Instead, print each form
separately for each school by selecting File | Print | Signature Page and
File | Print | Debarment Form.

We regret any inconvenience this issue causes your school. If you have any
questions, please contact CPS Customer Service at 800/330-5947, option 8, or
via email at CPS@NCS.COM.
