RE: Update: 2000-2001 Special Disbursement Batch Processing Now Operational

The RFMS became operational for processing Special Disbursement batches for the 2000-2001 award year on July 5, 2000. Institutions that use the special disbursement record may now begin submitting disbursement data for their Federal Pell Grant recipients.

We regret any inconvenience this delay in special disbursement batch processing may have caused and appreciate your patience while we assured that the RFMS edits worked properly.
