RE: Observance of the July 4 Independence Day Holiday

Due to the observance of the July 4 Independence Day Holiday, RFMS
will not process any Pell Grant records on Tuesday, July 4, 2000. The Pell
Grant Hotline will also be closed on Tuesday July 4, 2000 for
observance of the holiday.

Title IV WAN will be available for sending and receiving data on
this day. However, RFMS will not pick up or send any data.

Pell Grant processing will resume retrieving, processing, and
sending data on Wednesday, July 5, 2000. The Pell Grant Hotline
will resume operation on this date as well.
