RE: Progress Report in the Delay of RFMS Processing

As RFMS reported earlier this week, there has been a delay in the
transmission of financial data to GAPS from RFMS. The problem was
corrected on April 7 and RFMS resumed sending transmissions to
GAPS(Grant Administration and Payment System) to increase schools
authorization levels. RFMS is working to clear the backlog of
transmissions and we expect to be caught up as quickly as possible. Schools
will notice the receipt of Statement of Accounts resuming within the
next day or two. RFMS appreciates your patience and understanding at
this time.
