This Message - Announces a delay RFMS processing of financial transactions.

A delay is occurring in the transmission of financial data from RFMS to GAPS (Grant Administration and Payment System.) RFMS is continuing to process batches of Origination and Disbursement data. However, RFMS is unable to send data to GAPS to increase a school's authorization level when an institution's disbursements exceed its current authorization. This delay started on March 23. Schools will notice the delay in the receipt of Statements of Account. We anticipate resuming normal processing no later than March 28.
