CPS and Title IV WAN

Due to the President's Day holiday, the Central Processing System will not
process any records on Monday, February 21, 2000.

Users may still connect to Title IV WAN on February 21, 2000, to send or
receive data, or to access online queries. However, CPS will not pick up or
send any data.

CPS and Title IV WAN Customer Service will be closed on February 21, 2000.

CPS will resume retrieving, processing, and sending data on Tuesday,
February 22, 2000. CPS and Title IV WAN Customer Service will resume
operation on this date as well.
