RE: No CPS Processing on Monday, March 13

Due to an internal production error, the Central Processing System (CPS)
did not transmit any 2000-2001 ISIRs or error batches processed on Monday,
March 13, 2000 to the Title IV WAN for your destination point to retrieve
until Wednesday, March 15, 2000. Steps are being put into place to
prevent this type of delay from occurring again.

Batches processed for the 1999-2000 cycle were not affected.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you and your
school. If you have any questions regarding this issue, please contact CPS

You will not be charged for calls regarding this issue.
