You are required to transmit, receive, and report FISAP information electronically through EDÂ’s Title IV WAN. The deadline for submission is October 1, 1999. Look for complete details on submitting the FISAP in the attached FISAP Instructions book. The ED Express FISAP Software will also include the Campus-Based Reallocation Form which must be transmitted to ED by August 27, 1999.
