SUBJECT: Customer Support Services during the New Year's Holiday

In accordance with ED's Y2K preparedness plans, the IFAP website (
http://ifap.ed.gov) will be unavailable over the New Year's weekend. We expect to resume normal operations on Monday, January 3, 2000, at approximately 7:00 AM Eastern time.

In observance of the New Year's Holiday, the SFA Customer Support Branch office will be closed on Friday, December 31, 1999. You may, however, leave a voice mail message on our toll-free number (1-800-433-7327) to which we will respond, as soon as possible after we return to work on Monday, January 3, 2000.

The SFA Customer Support Branch staff wish all our partners a happy and prosperous New Year.
