We are pleased that 1,360 of you have registered to attend the Electronic
Access Conference Dec. 15-17 in San Antonio. Due to this overwhelming
response, both the conference hotel (Marriot Rivercenter) and the overflow
hotel (Marriott Riverwalk) are sold out. If any of you have registered for
the conference or have reserved a sleeping room at the hotel and are no
longer planning to attend, please cancel your reservation as soon as
possible so that those on the waiting list may obtain a room reservation.
