and Title IV WAN

Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, the Central Processing System will not
process any records on November 25 and 26, 1999.

Title IV WAN will be available for sending and receiving data on these
days. However, CPS will not pick up or send any data.

CPS and Title IV WAN Customer Service will be closed on November 25 and
26, 1999.

CPS will resume retrieving, processing, and sending data on November 29,
1999. CPS and Title IV WAN Customer Service will resume operation on this
date as well.
