The Title IV WAN Customer Service line experienced
intermittent phone line problems during the afternoon of Thursday,
November 18th. Some callers to the line received busy signals and were
unable to get through to a representative. This problem has been fixed
and the customer service line is now operational. This issue did not effect
the network phone number used for online access or to send and receive
files via your TG mailbox. We apologize for any inconvenience that this
may have caused. If you received a busy signal during Thursday afternoon
we recommend trying your call again at 1-800-615-1189.
